I. The Morning Cold. Splash cold water on the face for thirty seconds before anything else. It tightens, it depuffs, and — most importantly — it gives the nervous system a clean opening to the day.
II. The Jaw Release. Twice a day, place two fingers behind the ear and slowly draw down the side of the neck to the clavicle. Five times each side. The lymph flows. The face sharpens. The tension drops.
III. The Pre-Sleep Breath. Before bed, take ten slow breaths with a doubled exhale (four in, eight out). Repeated nightly, this single practice does more for skin than most serums.
IV. The Slow Sip. Replace one cup of coffee with one mug of warm water and lemon. Hydration matters. Temperature matters more than people think.
V. The Off Day. One day a week, no skincare. Nothing. Let the skin do its own work. The barrier rebuilds. The microbiome remembers itself. We come back to product as a tool, not a dependency.
